Our MissionSignature Management Certification Services will provide cost-effective certification services to our clients in a manner which brings credibility to the certification industry, assurances to the client's customers, and meets the requirements of the client. This will be accomplished by seeking to continually improve the quality of the operations, the timeliness of the services provided and improving the skills and knowledge of the employed and subcontracted staff.
Company ProfileSignature Management Certification Services, LLC (SMCS) was established in 1999 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee and is a 100% Woman-Owned Limited Liability Corporation providing RvA accredited ISO 9000 certification services. SMCS has been created by ordinary people with a commitment to the companies and the people who make business in the world successful. The principals have either owned small businesses and/or worked for small and large businesses, and understand the financial constraints on companies. We welcome and support all size organizations seeking certification to the ISO 9000 quality management systems international standard. SMCS is committed to the concept of “Value Added”. We place value to the client above other activities and costs, including expensive marketing and advertising. Signature has a pricing structure which recognizes the company’s budget and the constraints a company places on its own staff, such as caps on expenses. We set our prices at the lowest possible price to remain viable, but at the same time attract the finest auditors in the industry with equivalent compensation—and expanded benefits. Our auditors have been involved with the implementation and maintenance of quality systems within companies like yours, have worked with well-respected consulting bodies, and are certified auditors and lead auditors. No Signature Management Certification Services auditor will ever pronounce “What I usually like to see…” or prescribe more than the standard demands. They know the standards, the manner in which these standards tend to apply, and the flexibility companies need to fully utilize the value the standards offer them.
